The hard dive is not upgradable but you can get external hard drives should you need more space.

No it doesnt, it just means that the system is capable of running a 64 bit operating system if one is installed. Any machines that actually come with 64 bit installed will be very clearly labelled as such, as this is not mainstream yet.
