9-Aug-2008 Newbie: Hi, the AC adapter for my Toshiba Equium A300D-13X needs replacing and I was just wondering whether this one will work? Toshiba's website directs me to a different adapter with different voltages than the one I got with the laptop which worked well until I broke it. Also, the voltages written on the back off the laptop match the ones written on my current adapter and differ with the adapters I've researched, (see below). Eg - http://www.partmaster.co.uk/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=1469677&query=Toshiba%20A300D-13X%20ac The (broken) adapter's part number says on the back is it: PA3468E-1AC3. But both on here and on Toshiba's website and other places I have read it is not compatible with my laptop and yet, that is the one I have been using!? Please help!

14-Nov-2011 Christine: Is this the original Toshiba charger...my original charger stopped working and I have ordered 2 more since (compatible types) and both have gone wrong within 6 months...the first one blowing up within seconds of plugging in. So now I need a genuine charger.
