With the Sweex GO Stereo Speaker Bar you kill two birds with one stone: small in size, yet with big sound, thanks to the built-in 3.5" subwoofer.
With its light weight, compact size the Sweex GO Stereo Speaker Bar powers via batteries or a USB cable so you can take it with you wherever you go. And the speaker bar is not just for your PC or laptop: you can also use it to listen to your media player or smartphone. You can share all your favourite tunes with your co-workers or fellow students during your lunch break, and while on holiday you can listen to each others music in your hotel room or apartment or even by the pool.
The Sweex Go Stereo Speaker Bar has a magnetic shield, which ensures it wont interfere with products that are sensitive to magnetic fields. On the speaker bar itself you will find two lit buttons for adjusting the volume and a lit on/off button.

Question from CP: Asked on 24/06/2011 I have a Notebook with usb ports and Windows 7 OS. Exactly how does this speaker connect to the laptop? Is it simply by a single usb connector or is a headphone jack socket also required? Is it then a case of plug in the usb, turn on the power and adjust the volume using the controls on the external speaker? Is the unit also available in white?
