Ours are the AW Range which is generally Black, the FW range is a standard silver colour. However just to confuse matters you can personalise your laptop if you buy directly with Sony. Here is the link http://www.sony.co.uk/hub/vaio. I hope this helps.

Afraid not very few laptops have room for a second drive, due to size restraints. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

You'll be able to plug in an external hard drive obviously, but if you mean a HDD that is fitted inside the machine, then no.

The operating system on the that laptop is 32 bit so you'll be able to use any programs with it including the games.

Sorry, we can't downgrade any laptops with vista home on but this laptop will be entitled to a free windows 7 upgrade when its released in October.
