FastGuard offers you a fast track collection, repair and return service for your notebook, which you can extend, up to a maximum of 3 years. The aim is to minimize disruption and get you back to productive working as quickly as possible. Under the FastGuard program, should you experience a problem with your Notebook, you will need to call Samsung Support Centre to have the fault diagnosed. If the Samsung Support Analyst determines that your Notebook requires repair, Samsung will be responsible for collecting your notebook and returning it to you, in any major European city, within a target turnaround time of 72 hours.
