I would keep it with XP if the netbooks runs Windows 7 it will not run it very well.

There is netbooks with Windows 7 but it's the starter edition not Home Premium, and they generally have 2GB of RAM. Also 64-bit software (like you are looking at) doesn't work on netbooks.

It's brand new and don't non genuine copies of software. It can be loaded on to one computer only.
