The "Wind" range is the latest ultra-portable laptop design from MSI. Weighing just 1kg and only 19mm thick it’s the perfect mobile PC for the road.

keyboards are down to personal taste so I can't really answer that one but if the hard drive connects via usb then yes you can use it with this netbook.

No, this is really what they call a 'netbook' meaning its really just a portable internet machine. CAD is complicated program and will require a fully fledged laptop. Try the Samsung Q210 or Vye mini for portability and power.

As far as we're concerned, the machine ships with a Synaptic touchpad but having studied the forums it appears that some machines are being released with Sentilic touchpads, which are deemed inferior. I would contact MSI on that one to check whats going on.

There is no travel charger included in with the laptop (just the standard plug charger) but it is capable using one such as the UCA0001A
