Easycom: Yes, via the line-out (headphone port) on the laptop.

30-May-2008 ste: I'm moving to the USA, and the sockets there are 120W, as far as i know! And the speakers run on 240W, would it work in the USA?

Easycom: It may require an adapter to work.

26-Nov-2007 rorerai: Hello, I recently bought a Toshiba Satellite A200-1DQ from you and this laptop includes integrated speakers. I'm thinking about improving the sound and I'm not sure about the onboard soundcard. Will my laptop be capable of running 5.1 surround sound.

Easycom: Im not 100% as i cant find any specifications for this machine, however I believe it will have a soundblaster compatible sound card which would be possible for 5.1 surround sound.
