LexOnSite Repair is Lexmark's next-day, on-site repair service. If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support or submit a request via the web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, the company will dispatch a Lexmark trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for printer repair. By purchasing a LexOnSite Repair extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site service during the term of the extension.
This extended service agreement is for the Lexmark T640 only.
