Flash and Java plugins will work fine when there is a Microsoft based operating system on the computer. If a netbook has Linux then may be a few issues but Linx netbooks are very rare these days anyway.

The M33DFUK has a Intel N450 (1.6 GHz) where as the M33DHUK has Intel Atom N455 1.66 GHz processor. They are identical other than that and you wouldn't notice the difference in the processor so I would just go for the cheapest of the two.
