Question from Trevor: Asked on 09/09/2009 Since I would be buying this as a presnt, could you please advise whether these items look new or whether there are visible defects on them. I do appreciate the fact that they are refurbished but that can, in my experience, mean anything. I have purchased new items from you many times before and trust what you tell me completely. I would be travelling from Runcorn for this tomorrow so don't want to waste the journey. Quick response very much appreciated.
