Would it be possible to burn this disc onto the laptop, the requirements this disc needs to operate would need would be:

The minimum system requirements for the VCDS (VAG-COM) software are:

Pentium-3 (or equivalent) processor running at 500MHz (or higher)
64MB RAM
Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7
Approx. 100MB of hard disk space
USB port
