    You only get 3 month swarranty on any of our graded products as for the O/S the answer would have been no, but this has sold out now. Sorry./

    Question from ACER: Asked on 24/11/2009 what guarantee comes with this comp. Can the o/s be upgraded to Windows 7 O/S for the £12.70 postage as with most new comps with windows Vista home premium. regards tony W
