If you want to charge your laptop in the car or on the plane, this universal 90W adapter is compatible with laptops with 15.4" screens or smaller. Compatbile with all major brands including Acer, Toshiba, Asus, Sony, Dell, Packard Bell, NEC, Fujitsu Siemens, IBM, Lenovo and HP, it also works with most lesser known brands. Sorry it is specific to 12V. You need Universal AC Charger/ Adapter (CUA0001B) adapter for outside use.
