Easycom: Dear yulman. There are many features that (Acer Extensa 5620G) provides but these are not in (Acer Aspire 5720Z). these are 1.5Ghz,160GB,Builtin Microphone, Crystal Brite, Integrated Camera, Builtin Numeric Keypad.

Easycom: None of these are used or refurbished, all are brand new. The only reason the box would be opened on one of these is to check the contents.
