Yes, it's not an original Windows disc though, you dont get that with any laptop. The operating system is built in to the factory settings.

We're not sure when the full spec will come through, but I can confirm it has Wireless LAN, S-Video (TV) out, line in/out, but it doesnt have bluetooth.
