It comes with a trial of Norton but this only usually lasts 30 days so after that you can put whatever you want on.

It doesn't come with a downgrade as it has vista home premium on which uses different drivers to XP. If the laptops got vista business or Ultimate on then we can downgrade.

Don't have the figures on that game but notebook check said "The performance of the card can be suited for modest casual gamers. Demanding games like Crysis run only with very low details and resolution."

As quite as any, there is no spec on Db output but nothing has been mentioned about it being loud. It will cope with Team Fortress fine.

It will struggle as it has a shared graphics card. look for something with a dedicated Nvidea or Ati card if you're going to be using it a lot for gaming.

The screen resolution is 1366x768 which is better than 720P but not quite as detailed as 1080P.
