If you wish to claim the VAT back you must collect the order in person where we are based in Huddersfield. You would need to bring your passport and proof of travel. Also note there is a £25.00 admin charge and can't offer this service for mail ordered (delivered orders).

I assume you mean a 3G dongal? if so it should work with a mac but you would have to check with the company you are buying the dongal from as they do vary.
