25-Oct-2007 Jennifer: Hi, I have a few questions: (1) Can you explain the differences between this product and the Aspire 5720 Gemstone LX.AHE0X.161? They seem to be very similar (although full technical specs aren't provided for the Aspire), but this is £530 down from £627, whereas the Aspire £550 down from £693. Good performance with heavy engineering modelling programmes is essential. (2) What is the camera on the Travelmate? If it is only a 0.3 megapixel (as on the Aspire), is it possible to upgrade to 1.3? (3) If we wipe out Vista and install XP ourselves, would that affect the warranty?
