Providing it is only for storing photos and not editing them then this unit would be fine, For photo editing I would go with the PT.SE6E2.146 model. It has a dedicated graphics card (512mb) which will assist in the overall performance of the PC.

32 bit system. If you wanted to hook this up to your 6 speaker system then you would need to connect this to the laptop using a jack to jack lead via the input on the back of the amplifer or subwoofer.

This base unit comes with 1 VGA port and 1 HDMI port.

This model comes with a VGA and a HDMI port. it doesnt have any DVI slots.
