All our laptops come with a Microsoft O/S pre-installed. We do not sell laptops without an Operating System. The PDI is to guarantee your laptop is free of missing pixels and to ensure all software and patches are loaded before delivery.

Any powerful laptop will have noise, but not excessive, there is no thermostat.

It would be good for gaming but at more than 7kg is not something you'd want to carry around every day.
