5-Dec-2008 IMPLICATE: It says in the product summary - Optical Drive - DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM / BD-ROM. The BD-ROM bit suggests to me that it plays blu ray discs is this true? and does it have a HDMI port?

SteveF: Yes a BD ROM is a blu-ray player but unfortunately that model doesn't have a Blu ray player, the spec has now been amended thanks. It doesn't have a HDMI port.

SteveF: With the graphics card being one of the latest, I would have though that it will play games at a higher resolution. Depends what you're running now though. Give our sales team a call if you want more info.

SteveF: Sorry, no cinedash, don't know that pic got there. Its the 6935 and 6930 that come with the media control.

SteveF: yes it will play those games although at medium settings as laptop graphics cards are still behind there desktop counterparts.

SteveF: Sorry, the graphics card is a Geforce 9300 gs with 256mb dedicated memory and there is no cine dash, this is a feature of the more expensive models in the range. Spec has now been amended.
