Easycom: Both are very similar specification machines only the graphics card is different, the 5683 features the most recent graphics card with a larger memory. Both machines would run the Sims titles.

Easycom: This wouldnt cause any problems as the motherboard can accept up to 4GB of RAM. All that would be needed is 2 x 2GB RAM sticks.

Also, in comparison the Acer 5623WSMi is pretty much on par spec wise to this model and that has a 17" screen and is £25 cheaper. Does this model (Acer Aspire 5683WLMi Laptop - LX.AFQ0X.063) come with a dedicated or shared graphics card and is it 128MB or 256MB? What capacity does it have for standard gaming? Would it cope with World of Warcraft?

Easycom: It is a dedicated graphics card with 128MB of memory, however it supports upto 256MB with the reaminder of memory made up from the shared system RAM. This be fine to run World of Warcraft.
