Question from Katy: Asked on 19/07/2009 Hi I'm really keeno n this laptop but am really not that fussed on Windows Vista - I'd prefer to keep working with XP and see that there is the option of an XP downgrade. I want to use this laptop for a combination of home and business use. Could you advise me on how the XP downgrade works - would this already come pre-installed on the laptop or is it something that I have to sort out myself?

Thanks for your help!

It comes with an xp disc that you pop in and let run when you first recieve the laptop. This will install xp onto the laptop.
