David J: This laptop has a GS card. the GS card is a slightly lower clock speed than the GT but otherwise the same.

Matt: Yes, you can run 64 bit on it, you would also then be able to use the full 4GB of RAM properly as well!

SteveF: Sorry, the information that was downloaded has given the incorrect card. I can confirm that it is the 9700GT.

1-Dec-2008 James: I don't think I am the only one who is confused when comparing what we think is the same laptop from different suppliers. I would be very helpful if the technical specs were up to date and agreed with what you have said in the Q & As as these seem out of sync at the moment.

SteveF: We rely on the manufacturers for the specs which does lead to confusion sometimes as they can be very hard to get hold of.
