Hi, this is not an upgradable feature. The card will generate heat. The laptop's cooling system will be designed only for what is expected of the machine at factory level.

Technically an IT engineer can customerize anything, but we couldn't advise you.

The graphics card is shared so not for gaming.
To run 1080p will depend upon the display product i.e monitor.
This doesn't play Blu-ray discs just standard DVD.

Includes a keyboard and mouse. Most refurb's have original packaging but can't guarantee it as well buy in bulk and can't guarantee which one of the many we have you'll get. When we get a product and the packaging is in bad condition we replace the box but not with a Acer box as they cost £30.00 which just isn't feasible to pay.

This model has a standard integrated graphics card which will be fine for online gaming but will struggle to run 3D style games
