Yes it is, Draft N is the earlier version but is compatible with routers that support the protocol.

Yes this model does have a blue ray rewriter and the screen resolution is actually a little higher than 1080 (which is 1920 pixels x 1080 pixels) at 1900 x 1200!

The warranty is directly with Sony, but it's always a case of repair or replace if something doesnt work.
