IPS DISPLAY WITH ADOBE RGB OVER 99.5% - By supporting Adobe RGB over 99.5% on the IPS Display, the 31MU97 minimizes colour difference and colour loss with the wide colour gamut and colour temperature that covers both the sRGB and CMYK colour range. As a result, one can effortlessly retouch and image photos to create final products with vivid and vibrant colours that VA or other LCD panels cannot deliver.

10-BIT COLOUR DEPTH (1 BILLION COLOUR) -10-bit colour depth that supports over 1-billion colours is 64 times richer than an 8-bit colour display, re-creating colours softly and naturally without colour banding. Now, all the details are right before you with the richer and wider colour range that enables accurate, detailed, and natural-looking images. Also, with smoother transition in gradients, the more shades in between let you work with images in more detail.

TOTAL COLOUR MANAGEMENT  - Through detailed colour calibration testing, the 31MU97 maintains the colour standard with software calibration and a factory preset, minimizing differences in colour space and expressions between the original images, monitor screen, and printed result.

DCP-P3 DIGITAL CINEMA COLOUR STANDARD - Editing on-site footage with the full colour expression is possible with the 31MU97’s DCI colour standard support which reproduces digital content colour just like what you intended with the preview camera on site. Allows for accurate conditions such as shadow detail, colour , saturation, and brightness for finer editing and overall control in the post production stage.

DUAL COLOUR SPACE - Compare the work done using both colour modes simultaneously - half of the screen in one mode and the other half in another - colour distortion and maintaining the original resolution are no longer a concern when it comes to output. With Adobe RGB and sRGB side-by-side, you can get an idea of how the final printable will look like with Adobe RGB mode and also can find out how the final output will be on websites with the sRGB mode at once.

MULTIPLE COLOUR MODES - The 31MU97 comes with variety of colour modes ranging from the basic sRGB and Reader, all the way to the more advanced Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 Sim. to accommodate a wide spectrum of needs that professional require. Furthermore, with the joystick, you can simply choose between colour mode feature presets or customized calibrations depending on the specific work for optimal results.

PIVOT / HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT - The 31MU97’s pivot function enables you to not reduce size of photos or drag and scroll the vertically long photos all the way down any more. It also lets you could rotate origin pictures up to 90° depending on the ratio of the work space , giving you the perfect conditions to work under. By activating pivot function on your needs, 31MU97 allows fast and efficient work without any discomfort.

MAC COMPATIBLE / MULTIPORTS - You can connect to various devices with the HDMIx2, MiniDP, Display ports and USB 3.0 ports. If you have a Mac, you can connect the 31MU97 via MiniDP to DP cable that is included, the cable that supports 4K resolution. Also, the configured USB Up and three USB 3.0 ports allow you to directly connect a tablet and external HD.
