Fast, reliable scanning

High speed USB 2.0 connectivity within this scanner helps to combine easy installation and outstanding performance whilst helping to boost productivity in the long run. The fi-65F delivers crisp scans in colour, greyscale or monochrome in 600 dpi resolution. But, when time is of the essence, users can opt to scan documents at a lower quality but much faster speed. Documents can be scanned at 300 dpi in either monochrome or 8-bit greyscale in just a second, and, a 24-bit colour document at 200 dpi can be completed in just 1.7 seconds.

Coverless scanning

If a scan job is mission-critical and time is really short, you can take advantage of the fi-65F’s coverless scanning ability. This eliminates the repetitive task of opening and closing the cover before and after each scan and so can save a great deal of time when scanning a vast quantity of documents. When you use the coverless scan function, you still benefit from Fujitsu’s usual features of auto-deskewing, auto-cropping and auto-rotating the document.

PaperStream IP

The PaperStream IP driver automatically improves and tidies up the scanned images by removing unwanted backgrounds and optimising images for character recognition. The software is designed to be fast and easy to use to take the unnecessary work out of cleaning up images when scanning invoices, IDs, receipts or forms. If the settings need to be adjusted for particularly difficult documents, the software features a preview function that allows the user to see their adjustments in real-time without running the risk of requiring a re-scan.
