Questions & Answers

14/05/2013 Vicki: Hi there, can you watch the footage live when someone is at the door for instance, or can it only be played back as a recording afterwards? Also, do any of the features require it to be plugged into a computer? If so, is it Mac compatible?
Finally, could one of the cameras be used inside the house?
Thanks & sorry for so many questions!

Gavin: Hi, you can view live and record at the same time. The DVR is the hard ware, no need for a computer. You will need a TV or monitor for viewing live, or you can plug it into your router and access online, Mac friendly, but you'll need a Windows PC to set it up initially.

Thanks

21/03/2013 Terry: Hi can you view all cameras at one time and how much are any additional cameras of same type for this package 53317

Gavin: Hi, any of our analogue cameras can connect to this Storage Options DVR.

Cameras can be viewed together or individually.

Regards

13/11/2012 Evelyn: Can you tell me if there is sound on this system, plus can you connect it to a tv to watch when required. Thanks

Gavin: Hi, the cameras do not have a microphone, but the DVR has an audio in, so there are options available to you.

Please call me on 01484 481130 or email me directly at gavinwilson@iviewcameras to discuss further.

28/09/2012 naveen: can we attach extra camera with this kit

Gavin: Yes, this is a 2 camera package with a 4 ch. DVR. You can add to more cameras.

Thanks

06/05/2012 Bill: Hi..How do you copy any of the recordings off onto disk or usb..
Regards Bill..

Gavin: Hi, please call our tech support line - 0871 971 0730

Regards

17/04/2012 Kit: With a 2 Cameras on a D1 resolution, how many hours recording will I get?

Gavin: Based on a 500GB HD you should get about 14 days worth of footage before the hard drive fills up and loops around to re-record over itself.

Thanks

10/03/2012 Dean: are the camera's wireless?

Gavin: Hi, these are wired cameras.
Our wireless cameras are found with this code - LCW-1015/2

Thanks

28/02/2012 elaine: how long would this system be able to store recorded footage

Gavin: Hi Elaine, 2 cameras recording continuously on a 500GB hard drive should give you the best part of 2 weeks of footage before it runs out of space. More so if you use motion detector.

Thanks
