Customer Questions and Answers

09/09/2009 Rhiner.5: I have an Dell Inspiron 6000 which is about to die, and I want to back up all my files - photos, music, documents etc, so that i can transfer them to a new laptop (an HP Compaq Presario CQ60-100EA) Can i transfer that many documents onto this, will it be compatible, and do i risk transferring a virus?
Thanks

SteveF: Its a hard drive so anything you can store on your current hard drive will go on this. If there is a virus hidden on the hard drive and you transfer it over, it will be on the new hard drive.

05/09/2009 Bob Rigley: I have a HITACHI Travelstor 80Gb ata/ide hard drive from my broken laptop, will this enable me to access the info stored in it, if not is there something that will?

SteveF: Yes, this is a caddy case that fits around 2.5" hard drives so you can then connect them to a computer via a usb port.
