30-Jan-2008 Andrew Gordon: Does the term of insurance eg 2 years commence on the expiry of the manufacturer's warranty giving a total of 3 years?

Easycom: that is correct

11-Feb-2008 Rhys Thomas: In the event of a claim, what is the cost of the excess payment on this policy?

Easycom: there is'nt any excess on our warranties

3-Mar-2008 Darren H: What is the policy excess - should this be zero as this is the point of extended cover ?

Easycom: this a warranty not an insurance policy, it doesn't have any excess
