In combination with additional devolo Home Control components, it checks the room temperature, controls the lighting and notifies you of unusual movements. This way, you can always maintain an overview, even while on the go or on holiday, and respond quickly.

Intelligent living with the devolo Door/Window Contact

The devolo Door/Window Contact is a magnet contact for windows, doors, drawers and all sensitive entrances. Keep a watchful eye over all living areas using the discreet sensor in an unobtrusive design, even when you aren't at home. The sensor reports any suspicious movement to the devolo Home Control Central Unit using the standardised, future-proof Z-Wave® wireless technology and you immediately receive an e-mail. This way, you can keep tabs on anything going on in your living spaces and respond accordingly.

The appropriate adhesive foils and screws are contained in the scope of delivery to flexibly equip the door or window with the magnet contact. A fixed installation is not required, as a result, the sensor can be positioned in the desired location without previous knowledge and with almost no effort. If the window is open, devolo Home Control automatically switches off the intelligent radiator in the corresponding room or turns it down. In combination with the devolo Home Control Smart Metering Plug, you can also use the door contact for personalised light control: The lights which you have pre-programmed are automatically switched on when you enter a room or the home.

You can choose to use your wireless Door/Window Contact separately or as a pack in combination with other Home Control components. Even afterwards, the sensor can conveniently be extended to a multi-piece system. You also receive the Door/Window Contact with a three-year manufacturer's warranty just as you do with all devolo Home Control components.
