This imagePROGRAF iPF605 is designed to support the printing needs of technical document users working with Computer-Aided Design (CAD), GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) applications as well as users in general office environments. The iPF605 joins the iPF610 as part of Canon's 24-inch printer portfolio, sharing much of the same advanced technology. The included PosterArtist Lite - poster creation software gives the user the ability to quickly and easily create professional large format prints. Aimed to be an affordable solution, for personal and small workgroup users producing large format technical drawings, the streamline iPF605 does not offer a cassette tray.¤¤The iPF605 is well positioned to fulfill the divers needs of the different markets it is tailored to, with PosterArtist Lite users simply follow the programs 4 easy steps to create posters that can be used in applications such as Office presentation, Trade shows, Retail signage and much, much more. The PosterArtist QuickCopy feature provides easy solution for CanoScan desktop scanner to be used as copier, making a letter-size flyer and documents into a full-size poster with a touch of a button. The printer has amazing printing speed, taking as little as 33 seconds to complete an A1-sized full-density color plot (33.1 x 23.4 inches). This incredible speed is enabled by Canon's advanced PF-03 print head with 1.07 inch print swaths.
