Easycom: it does have a CD drive but no fingerpring reader.

Easycom: Battery life is around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on use. If you wish to play games on your laptop I suggest buying one from the Gaming section of the site, as the laptops in this section are designed to play the latest games such as COD4.

8-Aug-2008 confused home recordophile: Can I use this laptop to run Cakewalk Sonar Homestudio? If not can you please recommend a good laptop to use for running music software like Adobe Audition, Cubase etc.?

Easycom: Its a good laptop that will run Cakewalk or any other studio software but if you are going to have virtual synths running then a Ram upgrade would help as they can take up a lot of system resources. Call our sales team for a price on the upgrade.
