Easycom: we have checked these TV's out & they only have the 2 rear HDMI's. the larger screens have the side HDMI

Easycom: the S73 has a much lower contrast ratio & only 1 HDMi port as apposed to 3 HDMI ports on the R87

Easycom: The TV comes with a stadard 1 year manufacturers warranty (so in this case you would deal directly with Samsung if you had a problem with the TV) Extended warranties are available from us, details are on the site.

19-Sep-2007 RS: I have just purchased this TV and used the auto tune to tune it in. I previously had freeview via a box so I thought having freeview built into the TV would be much easier. I cannot find any freeview channels, the auto tune only tuned to the std 5 channels. The user manual doesnt really cover the topic of freeview. Please advise how to obtain all the channels. Thanks

Easycom: Looks like you have only tuned in the analogue tuner. You need to select the digital tuner when tuning in

26-Mar-2008 Dave: Bought this tv a few months ago, the good - picture is fantastic with stunning detail, the bad - sound quality is truly awful, the internal speakers are totally inadequate even at low volume. Can you recommend an external speaker package to go with it? I have it installed in a bedroom so it doesn't need to go loud - just not make me cringe at the tinnyness. Thanks

Easycom: PIP - With various PIP (Picture in Picture) modes, you can watch TV and see images from DVDs, PCs, camcorders or games, at the same time. Both models will support digital text.

19-Nov-2007 Kevin: Probably a daft question but if I but a digital tv such as this one, do I need a dish aerial or can the digital / freeview etc be picked up through my normal terrestial aerial?

Easycom: Just plug in the normal aerial and it will pick up the digital channels as long as you are covered. Have a look on www.freeview.co.uk to see if your area is covered.

Easycom: The resolution would be fine and can be connected either using the VGA or S-Video inputs but would depend on you're PC connections.
