This is the Upgrade version of Office 2007 Ultimate. The Upgrade version is required when you have an older edition of Microsoft Office already running on your machine.

Qualifying products for the upgrade:
Microsoft Works 6.010; Microsoft Works suite 20002006 or later; any 20002007 Microsoft Office program or suite; any Microsoft Office XP suite.
