10-Sep-2008 mih: Is the machine delivered with recovery cds for the operating system, software, programs etc ? What is the average battery life when fully charged ?

Easycom: No recovery cds but you can either order one through us or make one yourself. The battery life is around 2 hours depending on use.

1-Sep-2008 Immy: It says in the description that it comes with a DVD-rewriter. Is it safe to assume that you mean a dual layer DVD writer + CD-RW combo?

Easycom: The machine has a DVD R and CD RW

25-Aug-2008 Steve: On buy now pay later option, would I have to pay the administration charge if I pay in full before the 9 or 12 month period ends. Or is the administration charge only applicable for finance that kicks in if I don't pay in full beforehand?

Easycom: The administration charge is charged on both buy now, pay later options and needs to be paid when paperwork is sent back to set the finance up.

SteveF: No, its really a business laptop and so misses out on a few of the consumer add ons.

10-Sep-2008 Moi: I'm slightly confused about the DVD situation...Am i right in saying it reads DVD- but not DVD+, and it reads/writes CD-RW but not CD+RW?

Easycom: The laptop comes with a DVD/CD writer which reads all DVD and CD's, will burn all DVD's and CD's but has no Re-Write capabilities.
