Easycom: Unfortunately this is not possible.

Easycom: I believe it has a trial version of Norton, however there isn't a full version pre-installed

Easycom: As on all laptops and desktops there will be some fan noise, however it isn't that loud to distract your attention.

Easycom: It comes with a restore partition on the hard drive which can also be used to burn your own recovery discs.

Easycom: It's always a good idea to use an external sound card if recording onto a laptop. Apart from that it should be fine, but check the requirements of any software you use though.
