Question from Andy: Asked on 24/01/2009 Hello, This laptop, with XP Professional is it a fresh install on the harddrive or is it vist being wound back?
Also the Restore and Recovery Disc, they never work!! I have a full vertion of XP can I load this onto this laptop in the future or is it locked out in the BIOS?
Finally if the laptop packs up in the first 12 months do I return it to yourselfs or Acer
