22-Aug-2008 Rayc: Reading the product summary and terms and conditions seems confusing as it refers to collection and return as well as engineer visits. Exactly what is the service provided and the service level agreement turn round times?

Easycom: If you are unable to receive a engineer on site, then you many arrange a collect and return service. Turnaround is usually within 24 hours for on site.
